Winkel, in order to comply with the purposes established in this privacy notice, will obtain the following personal data through the video surveillance system placed in its stores and commercial establishments, which will be anonymized without being able to identify the owner:

• Monitor and safeguard the integrity of Winkel personnel and assets located in stores and commercial establishments. 

Means to Limit the Use or Disclosure of Your Data.

We inform you that your personal data will be protected under strict administrative, physical and technical security measures, which have been implemented, in terms of the Data Law, in order to protect your data against any damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access and treatment, as well as limiting as far as possible any risk that could arise. Likewise, we inform you that the personal data collected through the video surveillance cameras will only be stored for a period of 48 hours.

To exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO Rights), as well as limit the use or disclosure of your personal data or revoke the consent you have given us, you, or your legal representative, must send a request in writing free, complying with the requirements established in the Data Law, to the email  legal@winkel-media.com  in order to be able to follow up and attend to your request in the deadlines established in the Data Law. Likewise, we ask you to provide us with a copy of your identification and a brief description of the ARCO right that you wish to exercise and any information that you consider useful so that we can give you a quick and successful response.
